Grant Thornton is seeking a OneStream Consolidation Manager to lead global financial consolidation, close, and reporting on the OneStream platform. The role owners the consolidation application, driving data integrity, automation, and governance across entities worldwide.

The candidate will oversee monthly close, manage hierarchies, transformations, and reporting dimensions, and support audits and regulatory packages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience.
• 2+ years Hands-on OneStream administration and consolidation experience required.
• Experience managing multinational consolidations.
• Experience with ERP integrations (SAP a plus) preferred.
• Functional knowledge and understanding of VB.NET
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, including demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Functional business owner for the OneStream platform and oversee metadata and account structure maintenance.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation processes within OneStream.
• Manage ownership structures, legal entity hierarchies, transformation rules, and reporting dimensions.
• Ensure accurate elimination of intercompany balances and foreign currency translation.
• Review consolidated financials and support management, statutory, and regulatory reporting.
• Support external audits and internal control testing.
• Coordinate monthly close activities across global finance teams.
• Drive reduction in close cycle timelines through automation and process improvements.
• Lead implementation of new OneStream functionality and enable corporate allocations.
