Ideal candidate has 10+ years in clinical trials with program and people management, deep ICH/GCP knowledge, and a track record of risk management and stakeholder engagement in international settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a scientific or healthcare discipline.
• 10+ years' experience in clinical trials, including program and people management.
• Strong knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines, clinical documentation, data, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead global cross-functional teams including gCSMs, drive program strategy, resource and budget management, oversee study execution, and ensure quality and regulatory compliance
• Mentor and develop team members
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize clinical operations
• Act as GCO representative for assigned programs
• Lead risk management and process improvements
