We have an exciting opportunity for a Global Marketing Director to shape the commercial strategy for a novel bispecific antibody with the potential to represent an important and innovative approach to cancer treatment.

The Global Marketing Director will serve as the commercial strategy lead with responsibility for developing foundational commercial insights, shaping global asset and portfolio strategy, and advancing launch preparedness. This leader will partner closely with disease & asset-area clinical, regulatory, medical affairs, market access, regional, and brand strategy teams to ensure this new asset is positioned for successful development and future commercialization.

Key Responsibilities may include but not limited to:
Global Asset and Portfolio Strategy:
  • Lead development of the global commercial strategy for the bispecific antibody, leveraging the early L3 strategic framework and aligning asset priorities with broader disease-area and portfolio strategies.
  • Partner with asset and disease teams to define indication-specific commercial strategies that support the overall bispecific antibody opportunity.
  • Provide commercial guidance and strategic input to support clinical development planning, target product profile refinement, and evidence-generation priorities.
Market Insights, Forecasting, and Competitive Intelligence:
  • Oversee market research and insight generation for the new asset in collaboration with disease-area, asset, brand strategy, and market research partners.
  • Guide forecasting, opportunity assessment, and market-shaping analyses to inform planning assumptions, investment decisions, and strategic trade-offs.
  • Establish a bispecific landscape tracking and data-monitoring plan to assess evolving performance, competitive dynamics, and implications for positioning.
Launch Preparedness and Commercial Execution;
  • Establish and manage key launch-planning milestones, timelines, and activities to support future commercialization readiness.
  • Drive early commercial planning activities, including market development, lexicon development, scientific platform development, and customer engagement planning.
  • Guide generic name, brand name, and trademark development work in partnership with relevant internal stakeholders.
Cross-Functional and Regional Leadership;
  • Build trusted relationships with global commercial disease, asset, and brand strategy teams, as well as clinical, regulatory, manufacturing, market access, medical affairs, HEOR, publications, forecasting, finance, legal, compliance, regional, and local partners.
  • Serve as the commercial point of contact for medical affairs, publications, HEOR and other related workstreams supporting the new asset.
  • Partner with regions and key markets to incorporate external customer insights, launch considerations, and local market dynamics into global strategy.
Key Capabilities:
  • Strong strategic thinking and product strategy leadership, with the ability to translate complex clinical, competitive, and market dynamics into clear commercial direction.
  • High scientific and clinical acumen, particularly in oncology, with the ability to engage effectively on development strategy and evidence-generation priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence across complex global, regional, and cross-functional organizations.
  • Action-oriented, solution-focused approach with strong business judgment and the ability to drive progress amid ambiguity.
  • Excellent communication, executive presence, and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate recommendations to senior leaders.
  • Collaborative leadership style that fosters trust, alignment, and accountability across diverse stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of 8 years of commercial experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, including experience in Marketing, sales, market access, pricing, and or marketing support.
  • Understanding of oncology market dynamics, scientific innovation, healthcare policy, reimbursement, and access considerations.
  • Experience developing and implementing strategy in a complex, cross-functional environment.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical capability, and ability to drive key initiatives forward.
  • Demonstrated collaboration skills across commercial, cross-divisional, regional, and local teams.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, written and verbal communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to influence without authority and communicate clearly across the enterprise and to senior leadership.
Preferred:
