BeOne Medicines Ltd. seeks an Associate Director, Global Market Research Oncology Pipeline to drive market research strategy for our oncology portfolio. You will design and manage studies, translate findings into actionable insights, and partner across Commercial and Marketing Analytics to influence product strategy.

You will lead cross-functional teams, oversee vendors, and ensure timely delivery of insights for leadership reviews. Oncology launches and global experience are highly valued.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in consulting, market research, strategic analysis and planning
• Biotech/pharma US marketplace experience required
• Oncology pre-launch/launch experience preferred
• Global/international experience preferred

• Design, execute, and manage primary market research projects for BeOne’s pipeline and marketed products
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations for business growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to define objectives and research approaches
• Deliver insights for monthly/quarterly business reviews to enable data-driven decisions
• Integrate primary research with forecasting and other analytics
• Create communication plans to maximize impact of market insights
