Job summary

Ergomed is seeking a Project Manager to lead international clinical trials from our Raleigh office. You will ensure on-time, on-budget delivery within scope, liaising with sponsors, study teams and Ergomed senior management.

This role requires a science degree and experience in CRO environments with Oncology or Rare Disease programs. You will develop project plans, organize study meetings and help manage external vendors, contributing to bid defenses.

Qualifications

  • Experience as Project Manager in international clinical trials within a CRO.
  • Knowledge of Oncology and Rare Disease therapeutic areas.
  • Experience selecting and managing external service providers.
  • Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a science related discipline.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure delivery of projects on time, within budget and scope.
  • Liaise with project team, provide training where needed and ensure correct allocation to tasks.
  • Develop, review and edit project plans to align with goals and milestones.
  • Organize and facilitate study-related meetings (organization, initiation, execution, closure).
  • Serve as primary contact with sponsor and Ergomed Senior Management on status.
  • Represent Ergomed at external meetings with scientific/medical experts and committees.
  • Develop and review SOPs to ensure regulatory compliance and training.
  • Contribute to bid defense activities.
