Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years in employee experience, workplace and/or HR operations, office management, events, hospitality, or related role, with at least 8+ years total experience.
• Global perspective with experience supporting remote or distributed teams is a plus.
• Strong service mindset and ability to enhance employee experience at touchpoints.
• Experience coordinating day-to-day office operations and vendor relations.
• Creative approaches to morale, connection, and celebrations within budget.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the Mountain View office and support global locations.
• Lead employee experience programs, events, onboarding/offboarding, and employee recognition initiatives.
• Oversee budget, expenses, and invoice processing; collaborate with IT, Finance, Admins, and cross‑functional partners.
