Job summary

Aerospike in Mountain View is seeking an Office and Employee Experience Manager to design and execute programs that foster a culture where employees can thrive. You will report to the Chief People Officer and own programs across the globe, with four days in the Mountain View office each week.

Responsibilities include managing office operations, coordinating with vendors, planning events, onboarding/offboarding, and driving recognition programs that align with Aerospike values.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in employee experience, workplace and/or HR operations, office management, events, hospitality, or related role.
• 8+ years of overall professional experience.
• Global perspective with experience supporting remote or distributed teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee office and facilities operations for Mountain View and global WeWork locations.
• Plan and execute employee experience programs and events that engage hybrid and remote employees.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding, recognition programs, and employee transitions.
• Track expenses and manage budgets; collaborate with Global People, IT, Finance, Admins and cross-functional teams.
