Job summary

Ideal Tridon Group in Smyrna, TN seeks a Global OEM Sales Manager to lead global OEM sales processes from quoting through terms. You will coordinate with OE and global sales teams and act as the main customer contact.

This role requires strong project management, budgeting, pricing control, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams and external partners. Hybrid schedule with in-office Mon, Wed, Fri; remote Tue/Thu.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum of three years in sales administration/support, inside sales, or project management.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office with data-driven reporting capabilities.
• Experience supporting global OEM sales teams is advantageous.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, interpersonal).
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Project management support for strategic initiatives, coordinating cross-functional timelines and status reports.
• Maintain global administration processes including PCR, ESR, ECR, sample handling, and monthly sales reporting.
• Serve as main contact for budgeting and collaboration on Europe, China, and India operations for sales.
• Ensure consistent pricing within guidelines, manage quotes, margins, and price changes.
• Prepare weekly/monthly tracking reports and performance metrics.
• Lead and develop employees; manage salary decisions, performance reviews, and development plans.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships and ensure Quality and Environmental compliance.
