Job summary

Toll Group is seeking an Logistics Operations support professional to coordinate ocean shipments for imports, including booking, documentation, and communication with carriers. You will track cargo, prepare bills of lading and customs declarations, and ensure timely updates to stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in ocean freight or logistics operations, a solid grasp of customs regulations, and strong accuracy and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–2 years in ocean freight or logistics operations is preferred.
• Familiarity with customs and maritime regulations; strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ocean shipments for import, including booking and documentation.
• Liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transport providers.
• Prepare bills of lading and customs declarations; track shipments and update systems.
• Arrange local transport and warehouse interactions for cargo pickup and delivery.
• Support invoicing and basic cost entry tasks; respond to customer inquiries promptly.
• Assist with general administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
