Job summary

YETI seeks a Senior Manager, Global Logistics to lead inbound ocean transportation and carrier relationships. You will drive strategies to ensure product availability, service reliability, and cost efficiency while coordinating with Supply Planning, Procurement, Finance, Sourcing, and Operations.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in transportation/logistics with strong analytics, ERP/TMS experience, and a track record of improving global ocean networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive transportation/logistics experience.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• Experience with global ocean freight operations and carrier relationships.
• Strong analytical and financial reporting skills.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Planning, Sourcing, and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead global inbound ocean transportation operations from origin to destination.
• Oversee freight forwarders and logistics providers to ensure service level compliance.
• Manage escalations related to delays and capacity constraints.
• Develop and implement transportation strategies to optimize spend and service.
• Lead ocean capacity planning with carriers and internal teams.
• Create and maintain transportation forecasts for peak periods.
• Drive improvements in visibility, automation, and efficiency across logistics.
