C.H. Robinson is seeking a Global Forwarding Agent (Ocean Export) to manage the shipment lifecycle for customers’ global freight. You will work hands-on with clients, coordinating bookings, pre-alerts, filings, and delivery while delivering swift resolutions to issues in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Understand international shipping processes from PO issuance to cargo delivery.
• Apply industry knowledge to adapt processes and create solutions.
• Coordinate shipment tasks to meet SOP requirements and invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with international teams and third-party agents to ensure efficiency and service quality.
• Build relationships with customers and provide timely issue resolution.
• Provide reporting and documentation support to customers and internal teams.
• Participate in customer business reviews.
