Amgen is seeking a Senior Director, Global Insights for Obesity to lead integrated commercial insights shaping global strategy for MariTide and related assets. The role partners with Commercial, Global Marketing, Medical, and Clinical Development to translate evidence into strategic recommendations and govern across multiple workstreams.

The position requires 3 days on campus, with a leadership-focused, collaborative environment and a broad portfolio in obesity therapies.

Qualifications

• Doctorate, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline with substantial experience in market research, insights, analytics, forecasting, strategy or marketing.
• 5 years of managerial experience leading people or programs and managing resources.
• Experience in market research, commercial insights, analytics, forecasting, portfolio strategy, or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior insights partner for Global Obesity Program and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Lead integrated global insights agenda aligned with priorities and asset strategies.
• Design and execute primary market research across the product lifecycle.
