Job summary

Amgen in Thousand Oaks, CA seeks a Senior Director, Global Forecasting, Obesity to lead forecasting strategy for the obesity portfolio and to partner with global commercial, finance, R&D, and market access teams.

You will build robust, evidence-based forecasts, inform launch planning and lifecycle management, and mentor forecasting talent in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or equivalent in a relevant field with senior forecasting experience.
• Experience leading global forecasting for complex portfolios.
• Strong collaboration across Global Commercial, Finance, R&D, Market Access and Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead global forecasting for obesity portfolio including pipeline assets and launches.
• Develop short-, mid-, and long-range forecasts to inform strategy and investment decisions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure forecasts are evidence-based and actionable.
