Job summary

McCormick & Company, Incorporated, a global flavor leader, seeks a full-time Global Delivery Lead - O2C at its Hunt Valley, MD HQ. The role oversees end-to-end O2C delivery—Accounts Receivable, Credit & Risk, and Customer Service—within Global Enablement, with a 50% onsite/50% remote hybrid setup.

You will manage 200+ colleagues across NA, LatAm and EMEA, set KPIs, drive automation, control budgets, and ensure strong financial and operational results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management.
• 5-7+ years leading and growing a global customer-oriented function.
• Experience with Order to Cash processes and SAP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead global team of 200+ across NA, LatAm and EMEA in AR, Credit & Risk, and Customer Service.
• Establish KPI criteria, targets, and report performance to stakeholders.
• Drive end-to-end process optimization and automation opportunities.
• Input to operational budget and quarterly forecasts.
• Identify service delivery issues and remediate root causes.
• Ensure accounting policies, controls, and reconciliations are followed.
• Develop and coach a diverse, high-performing team.
