Qualifications

• High school diploma, vocational or trade school.
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership role supporting global life support services.
• Familiarity with CMMS.
• Basic MS Word and MS Excel skills.
• Ability to manage work management systems and reporting.
• SECRET security clearance required at start with possible upgrade.

Responsibilities

• Lead O&M teams and provide direction aligned with goals.
• Receive, record, and manage OM&R work requests using CMMS.
• Develop and execute Preventive Maintenance programs.
• Schedule and prioritize OM&R and PM activities.
• Drive performance improvements and best practices.
• Coordinate communications across stakeholders.
