Aristocrat in the United States is seeking a Project Manager to lead Global Supply Chain Operations and New Product Introductions. You will guide cross-functional teams from project inception to post-launch, delivering quality solutions for our business groups and customers.

The role emphasizes leadership, proactive risk management, and continuous improvement, with collaboration across Hardware Engineering, Sourcing, Planning, Manufacturing, Product Management, Sales, and R&D.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Business, Engineering, or related area; PMP certification is an advantage.
• Over 2 years of experience managing projects or a similar area.
• Experience in Global Supply Chain or New Product Development preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Direct project management activities in Global Supply Chain Operations and New Product Introductions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across hardware, sourcing, planning, manufacturing, operations, product management, sales, safety and R&D.
• Provide leadership and direction from inception through post-launch.
• Develop and manage project timelines to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliverables.
• Monitor progress and implement changes to ensure successful completion.
• Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders.
• Ensure quality standards in all deliverables.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to flawless execution.
• Apply standard methodologies and continuous improvements in project management processes.
