Qualifications

• 10+ years of portfolio/program leadership for complex, critical portfolios.
• 5+ years in people/functional leadership with staffing and performance accountability.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree; MBA/MS preferred; PMI certifications encouraged.
• PfMP or PgMP preferred; PMP required; strong governance experience.
• Background in supply chain, engineering, manufacturing, or gaming operations preferred.
• Proficient with MS Project, Planview, and data analytics tools.
• Able to influence senior leaders on priorities and trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Direct the NPI and GSC Program Management function, setting priorities and objectives.
• Coordinate execution of NPI and GSC portfolios across units with governance.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to set long-term strategic plans for NPI/GSC.
• Establish and maintain PMI-aligned governance and standards.
• Identify risks, define mitigations, and ensure clear communication.
• Apply data-driven decision making to optimize portfolios and metrics.
• Lead change management for new technologies and processes.
