Job summary

Amphenol Corporation's ACS division is seeking a Manager, Project Management to lead a global portfolio of complex new product development and sustaining engineering projects. You will supervise project managers, drive best practices, align with schedules, and ensure readiness across regions.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to navigate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment to deliver on-time, within budget, and to specification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline is required.
• 4+ years of project management experience within the connector or related industry preferred.
• Supervisory or team-leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical product drawings and engineering documentation.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to write reports, present information, and interact with all levels of management and customers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and develop project managers, providing coaching and performance feedback.
• Establish project management best practices, tools, and processes to ensure consistency and operational efficiency.
• Allocate project resources, balance workload across the team, and provide strategic direction to ensure successful execution of all program deliverables.
• Oversee execution of highly complex new product development projects and sustaining engineering projects, ensuring alignment with specifications, schedule, quality objectives, and strategic priorities.
• Lead the identification, assessment, and mitigation of project risks using structured risk-management tools.
