Job summary

Teradyne is seeking an Operations Project Manager in the United States (California) to lead cross-functional NPI programs from concept to high-volume production. You will own scope, schedule, cost, and change management while driving operational readiness and manufacturing excellence across global teams.

The role requires 8+ years in project management for complex technical programs, with strong skills in risk management, planning, and DFx.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering required; MS/MBA preferred.
• PMP certification strongly desired.
• 8+ years of Project Management directing complex technical programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead NPI projects across engineering, marketing, supply chain, and manufacturing.
• Develop detailed project plans and manage scope, schedule, cost, and risks.
• Identify risks and drive mitigation, with escalation when needed.
• Ensure DFx and production transfer readiness across teams.
• Oversee prototype/pilot builds and transfer to contract manufacturers.
• Deliver updates to stakeholders clearly and concisely.
• Lead phase gate readiness reviews and document lessons learned.
