Job summary

Amphenol Corporation is seeking a Global Project Engineer to join the CBS Global NPI organization in Valley Green, PA, with 25–40% travel. You will drive end-to-end NPI programs, coordinate design transfers, BOM readiness, tooling, and manufacturing readiness across global sites.

The role requires a technical engineering background and 3–5 years in NPI or manufacturing engineering, plus strong communication and MS Office/PLM-ERP-BI tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical engineering discipline is required.
3–5 years in NPI, project or manufacturing engineering.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams from development to production ramp.

Responsibilities

Drive global CBS NPI programs from design transfer through EVT/DVT/PVT and mass production ramp.
Develop integrated execution plans for design releases, BOM readiness, tooling, equipment, and test.
Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams across sites.
Lead action-item discipline, manage risks, dependencies, and escalation.
Support readiness reviews and ensure manufacturing readiness at multiple sites.
Prepare dashboards and updates on milestone status, risks, and issues.
