Amphenol Communications Solutions (ACS), a division of Amphenol Corporation, is seeking a Global Project Engineer in Valley Green, PA with 25-40% travel. You will drive global NPI programs for CBS, coordinating design transfer, EVT/DVT/PVT, and mass production readiness.

Responsibilities include planning for BOM readiness, tooling, and process validation, while managing risks and ensuring site readiness across multiple manufacturing sites.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 3-5 years of NPI, project engineering, manufacturing engineering, product transfer, or complex technical project experience.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional engineering and manufacturing activities from development through production ramp.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Teams; PLM/ERP/MRP/Power BI/SharePoint is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Drive technical project execution for global CBS NPI programs from design transfer through EVT, DVT, PVT, qualification, and mass production ramp.
• Develop integrated engineering execution plans covering design releases, BOM readiness, tooling, equipment, test, and production readiness.
• Coordinate multiple functions to align milestones, deliverables, and site readiness across global manufacturing sites.
• Lead risk, issue, and recovery management with clear actions and timelines.
