Job summary

PCI Pharma Services in Philadelphia is seeking a senior NPI Program Manager to own end-to-end delivery of complex NPIs, spanning tech transfer, process development, engineering runs, and commercial handoff. You will coordinate with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain to hit milestones, manage budgets, and ensure regulatory readiness.

You will lead a team of project managers, develop dashboards in Smartsheet, and report to site leadership with RAID logs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technical, engineering, or science discipline.
• 7+ years managing pharmaceutical projects or NPIs, with multi-client oversight.
• Experience in CDMO/manufacturing, cGMP, and FDA readiness.
• Experience leading client-facing governance meetings.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of NPIs including tech transfer, process development, engineering runs, training runs, PPQ, and commercial handoff across Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering and Supply Chain.
• Manage program timelines, identify risks and drive mitigation to completion.
• Oversee program budgets, CapEx tracking, benefits realization reporting and variance analysis.
• Ensure NPI activities comply with PCI procedures, cGMP, and regulatory standards (FDA 21 CFR 211, ICH).
• Define and report NPI performance metrics and reporting cadence to site leadership.
