Job summary

GE HealthCare in the United States seeks a Lead Program Integrator (LPI) to own end-to-end NPI development, drive planning rigor, governance, and cost/quality targets. You will integrate engineering, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, supply chain, and service teams to meet performance, safety, reliability, and compliance requirements.

You will lead cross‑functional planning, risk management, and execution while coordinating software integration efforts and M&A integration activities as needed,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related discipline, or equivalent experience
6+ years in engineering, program, or project leadership roles with global/virtual teams
Experience leading software-related projects and understanding software delivery
Experience with NPI/PRDx lifecycle and cross-functional dependencies

Responsibilities

Lead resource, material, and integrated program planning to ensure on-time execution
Own delivery of program milestones, budgets, metrics, and deliverables
Lead design transfer to manufacturing and downstream functions
Drive program reliability with Systems and Reliability Engineering teams
Coordinate SAFe planning practices across cross-functional teams
Manage program risks, issues, and contingency plans
