Job summary

Amphenol Communications Solutions is seeking an experienced NPI Process Engineering Manager to lead global process development and support existing manufacturing processes and products in Valley Green, PA. The role requires 10+ years in engineering and strong leadership capabilities.

The position focuses on driving Lean/Six Sigma methodologies, cross-functional collaboration, and transferring processes to production with robust documentation and compliance.

Qualifications

BS in Engineering (Manufacturing, Electromechanical or Mechanical).
10+ years of Process Engineering/Process Qualification/NPI in electronics or connector manufacturing.
At least 5 years in a Manager role.

Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate activities for global NPI teams.
Review designs and provide feedback on components/assembly (DFM).
Analyze process data and optimize assembly with ME team.
Coordinate process qualification and customer samples.
Transfer to Production after development and qualifications are complete.
Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions for issues.
Ensure timely resolution of manufacturing, supply chain, or product issues.
Document process specs, work instructions, and ECOs.
