Qualifications

BS in Engineering, Manufacturing, Electromechanical or Mechanical
12+ years in Process Engineering, Process Qualification, or NPI in electronics/connector manufacturing
At least 5 years in a Manager role
Strong data-driven problem solving; SPC, Six Sigma
Experience with DFMEA/PFMEA/quality tools; leadership and project management
Knowledge of high-speed connectors and related manufacturing processes

Responsibilities

Lead global NPI teams, process development, DFMEA and automation.
Plan and coordinate activities for NPI teams across sites.
Review designs, provide feedback on components and assemblies (DFM).
Analyze process data, recommend improvements to ME and manufacturing.
Transfer projects to production after qualifications are complete.
Lead root cause analyses for production issues and customer complaints.
Collaborate with manufacturing, quality and supply chain to improve yield and reliability.
Apply Lean, Six Sigma; mentor and lead a team; report progress to leadership.
