Job summary

HP, Inc. seeks an Office NPI and Launch Readiness Manager to lead the cross-functional team responsible for introducing hardware, software, services, and solutions worldwide.

You will coordinate across Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to ensure successful launches with strong readiness and messaging. The role drives NPI process excellence, launch readiness, and sales enablement while shaping long-term roadmap and portfolio strategy for global markets.

Qualifications

• Four-year or graduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Product Management, Operations, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Program Management, Marketing, Operations, Engineering, or New Product Introduction.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional product introduction or go-to-market programs on a global scale.
• Experience working across hardware, software, solutions, and services businesses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and operationalize the product introduction engine across cross-functional teams to bring new products to market.
• Lead market-facing product launch execution and stakeholder engagement globally.
• Prepare the organization to sell and support new offerings with training, tools, and content.
• Drive long-term launch planning and portfolio-level market strategy.
• Build organizational capability and lead the NPI organization with executive alignment.
