Molex is seeking a Global Category Manager for Non-Metallics to support North America and the worldwide procurement strategy for nonmetallic materials. You will partner with engineering, manufacturing, and business leaders to align sourcing with priorities and enable cost competitiveness.

The role leads category strategy development, supplier selection and SRM initiatives across regions, driving TCO improvements through data-driven decisions, with up to 30% travel and a matrixed global

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, engineering, finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of direct materials procurement experience in manufacturing.
• 2+ years owning category management including strategy development, supplier negotiations, and spend decisions.
• Experience leading global category management across multiple regions or business units.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute global category strategies for nonmetallic materials.
• Identify regional sourcing opportunities and close supply base gaps.
• Define taxonomy, baselines, and analytics to support TCO improvements.
• Lead supplier strategies, including selection, portfolio optimization, and SRM initiatives.
• Partner with engineering, operations, and business leaders using data-driven insights.
• Drive cross-regional collaboration and adoption of category strategies across Molex businesses.
