Job summary

The successful candidate will provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 network support, diagnose network issues, and maintain high availability across services. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on networking experience.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, STP, VLAN/VXLAN, and firewalls.
• Availability to work nights and weekends as part of on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 network support for customer and internal tickets.
• Diagnose and resolve network issues including congestion, routing changes, and hardware failures.
• Monitor network infrastructure and ensure issues are addressed within defined SLAs.
