Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Global Network Lead to manage strategy, design, and operation of its enterprise network across data centers, cloud environments, and offices globally. You will lead a team of network engineers and coordinate with service providers to ensure high availability.

The role requires deep expertise in routing, switching, SD-WAN, cloud networking, and security, with a track record of defining roadmaps and improving network performance.

Qualifications

• Maintain 24x7 enterprise network availability.
• Oversee LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, Internet, VPN, data center networks.
• Experience in incident, problem, and change management.
• Executive escalation point for P1/P2 incidents.
• Define and execute global network roadmap.
• Lead cloud, SD-WAN, and Zero Trust initiatives.
• Establish network standards, policies, and best practices across regions.
• Knowledge of SDWAN, ACI fabric, Wi-Fi firewall, Zscaler MFA, AWS, Azure.

Responsibilities

• Strategize, design, implement, operate, secure, and govern global network infrastructure.
• Lead network engineers and coordinate with service providers.
• Ensure high availability across data centers and cloud.
• Define KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics.
• Deliver executive reports and service reviews.
• Mentor teams and drive continuous improvement.
