Adhesives Research Inc. is seeking a System Engineer - Networking Services to lead global network design, implementation, and lifecycle management. The role focuses on secure, scalable architectures and serves as a technical escalation point within IT.

The candidate should have Cisco/Microsoft expertise (Azure, Hyper‑V, VDI, Intune, Active Directory, Windows Server) and a strong background in information security, with hands‑on experience across cloud and endpoint management platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years in network engineering, architecture, or related roles.
• Strong Cisco/networking knowledge incl. LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, and firewalls.
• Solid cybersecurity practices including segmentation, encryption, and monitoring tools.
• Experience with hybrid environments (on‑prem and Azure) and Microsoft technologies.
• Hands-on with SAN/NAS, firewall management, and IIS; Microsoft IIS and related admin tools.
• Certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, CISSP, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Design, recommend, and implement global networking solutions aligned with business goals.
• Develop and maintain the global network architecture and long‑term strategy.
• Research and evaluate technologies to improve security, performance, and scalability.
• Collaborate with OT and manufacturing teams to secure production systems.
• Monitor, maintain, and optimize networking devices and services.
• Manage lifecycle of network infrastructure including upgrades, patching, and hardware refresh.
• Implement and enforce network security policies and access controls.
• Lead or contribute to cloud migrations, segmentation, automation, and DR improvements.
• Provide guidance/training on security practices to IT staff and end users.
