Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Program Manager for the Global Service Compliance (GSC) team focused on Network and Security communications service compliance across the Amazon Leo initiative. The role involves guiding complex programs from planning to execution, surveilling regulatory changes, and delivering scalable, secure compliance solutions for outages, IP/DNS blocking, traffic routing, and security reporting.

Qualifications

5+ years of program or project management experience.
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
Foundational telecom network experience.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive compliance workstream strategies aligned with Amazon Leo's global service expansion goals and objectives.
Own ongoing prioritization, resourcing and development of GSC's strategy and plan for assigned compliance workstreams.
Plan GSC's roadmap and mechanism structure to ensure growth scales globally.
Be a subject matter expert and central point of contact for internal and cross-functional stakeholders.
Own administrative functions for internal coordination and onboarding.
