Job summary

Leidos is seeking an experienced Network Performance & Reliability Manager to lead a geographically diverse team supporting DISA/DISN. You will oversee Capacity, Performance, Data, and Problem Management, driving automation, KPIs, and proactive improvements across a complex global network.

Requirements include a DoD Secret clearance, a Bachelor’s in a related field, and 8–12 years of leadership in large-scale networks with WAN, routing, and monitoring expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related discipline with 8–12 years of relevant experience.
• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• Experience leading technical teams in large-scale network environments.
• Knowledge of capacity, performance, data, and problem management disciplines.
• Experience with WANs, routers, switches, firewalls, and monitoring/reporting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams for capacity, performance, data, and problem management.
• Oversee capacity planning, forecasting, and resource optimization across DISN.
• Establish KPIs, baselines, thresholds, and dashboards for network health.
• Oversee ETL, data validation, normalization, and reporting workflows.
• Drive automation and proactive improvements across NPR disciplines.
• Prepare executive briefings and strategic recommendations on network health.
