Job summary

RTX Corporation's Pratt & Whitney Military Engines group seeks a highly qualified leader to oversee Global Network Operations for the F135 Depot network, including OCONUS depots and 24/7 digital services support.

You will partner with PMO, site activations, and external customers; drive risk management, headcount planning, and continuous improvement to meet program requirements and delivery targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 14+ years of operations leadership experience; international operations and multi-site oversight.
• U.S. citizenship is required due to access restrictions.
• Experience working with Programs, Engineering, and Quality; ability to collaborate across functions.

Responsibilities

• Drive site-by-site delivery plan to meet program requirements.
• Identify and mitigate risks to delivery and escalate where needed.
• Drive efficiency to meet Turn Around Time targets.
• Define KPIs and analyze issues, communicating with stakeholders.
• Provide senior-level briefings on strategy, roadmap, performance.
• Collaborate with internal organizations to evolve strategy.
• Lead headcount planning and talent development.
• Foster continuous improvement using CORE OS.
• Ensure compliance with Quality, EH&S, Trade Compliance and Ethics.
