Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) Minneapolis seeks a network professional to monitor and troubleshoot enterprise networks across Retail, Firewall and Datacenter environments. You will handle L2/L3 incidents, manage tickets within SLAs, and participate in on-call support.

Qualifications

• Core networking knowledge and hands-on experience with enterprise networks.
• Experience or familiarity with Cisco and Juniper network administration.
• Knowledge of firewall security and network defense concepts.
• Understanding of wireless networking fundamentals.
• Experience with cloud networking and hybrid environments.
• Familiarity with SD-WAN and modern networking architectures.
• Experience monitoring and operating complex networks.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network performance and availability for Retail, Firewall and Datacenter environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve L2/L3 network incidents.
• Handle tickets and service requests within defined SLAs.
• Escalate complex issues to L3 engineers when required.
• Participate in on-call and major incident support activities.
• Support hybrid network environments.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity between cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
• Support data center network operations and maintenance.
