Qualifications

• Experience in an operational support team.
• Strong troubleshooting skills of network infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation of the QRT Network.
• Use monitoring techniques to detect incidents.
• Support vendor teams through high priority incidents.
