Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience in IT infrastructure services design and implementation.
• Proven experience in owning and managing IT services or technology domains.
• Experience delivering regional or global IT infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end service roadmap and architecture for the IT networking domain.
• Implement and maintain LAN and WAN solutions.
• Lead troubleshooting, upgrades, and incident resolution for networks.
• Manage small to medium infrastructure projects.
• Provide L2 support for infrastructure services.
