As part of our Global IT function, we’re seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Lead – Networking Technologies to join our team based in Alsip, Illinois, supporting both regional and global infrastructure initiatives.
This role acts as the global technical domain leader for networking technologies, responsible for the global ownership, strategy, and lifecycle management of Nufarm’s IT networking services. The role is defining technical direction, overseeing network design and implementation activities and advising team members and 3rd parties. This includes both hands‑on technical work and leadership responsibilities across networking projects. Based in North America, the role also manages the regional infrastructure lifecycle in close collaboration with the Global Infrastructure Team and managed service providers, while contributing to infrastructure demand evaluation and prioritization at a global level.

Our compensation structure is designed to reflect the cost of labor across different U.S. geographic markets. The base salary range for this position is $126,000 to $160,600 per year, with actual compensation determined by factors such as location, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
