Citi Hungary is seeking a Client Manager for Global Network Banking to deliver seamless onboarding, service coordination, and credit management for Mainland China and Taiwan clients. The role combines origination and delivery across EU, with travel across Europe and a strong focus on client relationships and regulatory awareness.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in client management or related role in financial services.
• Strong knowledge of KYC/AML regulatory requirements.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple strategic priorities.
• Professional fluency in Mandarin and English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strategic relationships with key client representatives and decision-makers.
• Independently manage and develop relationships across Mainland China and Taiwan clients.
• Coordinate regional opportunities involving multiple entities and markets across the EU.
• Oversee onboarding and implementation from CRM requests to post-implementation follow-up.
• Lead and mentor junior Client Managers in understanding client needs and opportunities.
• Execute account planning, wallet sizing, and cross-border product initiatives.
