The role requires a Bachelor’s in Finance or Business, 5+ years in Private Bank client service, fluency in English and Mandarin, strong judgment, and ability to work under tight deadlines. This is a global wealth management leader delivering tailored solutions to UHNW clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of client service/relationship support in Private Bank.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, bilingual in English and Mandarin.
• Ability to work under tight market deadlines with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Monitor client accounts and assist with daily administration.
• Assist with onboarding and Know-Your-Client documentation.
• Support Advisors and report investment performance to clients.
• Own the full trading lifecycle from pre-trade checks to post-trade reporting.
• Maintain knowledge of asset classes and products offered.
• Serve as primary contact for day-to-day account servicing and execution.
