Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC seeks a NetSuite Implementation Specialist for a fully remote role with Colorado residents. You will own and execute a global NetSuite ERP rollout, configure modules, and drive testing and go-live across international entities.

The role partners with Finance and IT to deliver a high-impact implementation and continuous post-go-live support. The ideal candidate will have hands-on NetSuite configuration experience, multi-entity exposure, and NetSuite

Qualifications

Proven experience supporting or leading full-cycle NetSuite ERP implementations.
Strong hands-on NetSuite configuration and implementation experience.
Experience in multi-entity or multinational organizations.
NetSuite certifications strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead hands-on NetSuite configuration across multiple entities.
Review project documentation, designs, workflows, and plans.
Gather requirements from finance stakeholders and translate into NetSuite solutions.
Configure Financial Management, Procurement and Inventory Management.
Execute testing, validation, and onboarding activities.
Identify risks and opportunities for process improvement.
Support go-live activities and adoption across the business units.
Collaborate with Finance, IT, and operations throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide recommendations for long-term NetSuite administration.
