Job summary

Xsolla Inc. is seeking a NetSuite ERP Engineer to own and optimize the NetSuite OneWorld environment across entities and currencies.

You will lead administration, development, and integrations with Salesforce, HRIS, ERP, and data warehouses, while enhancing reporting and controls. You will partner with Finance and IT across time zones to drive process improvements, data governance, and executive dashboards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years administering or implementing NetSuite ERP (OneWorld).
• Strong understanding of financial systems and accounting processes.
• Experience supporting NetSuite OneWorld environments.
• Understanding of multi-entity and multi-currency financial operations.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
• Experience with enterprise reporting and analytics tools.
• Proven ability to work across multiple time zones and collaborate with global teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary admin and technical owner for NetSuite OneWorld.
• Build, document, and continuously improve global financial system configurations and controls.
• Configure metadata, dimensions, security, roles, and permissions across entities.
• Integrate NetSuite with Salesforce, payroll systems, CRM systems, data warehouses, and REST APIs.
• Develop and maintain reporting including P&L, balance sheets, cash flow, KPIs, and dashboards.
• Maintain data governance and master data quality across NetSuite platforms.
• Collaborate with Finance to improve processes and monthly close cycles.
• Document system designs and provide training and support for business users.
