Qualifications

• 5+ years of NetSuite administration, ERP consulting, or enterprise apps.

• OneWorld experience: multi-subsidiary, intercompany, currency, tax setup.
• Understanding of purchasing, inventory, warehousing, AR/AP, reporting, controls.
• Experience leading UAT, release management, and cross‑functional work.
• Hybrid work in California with onsite collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead NetSuite implementation transitions and post‑go‑live optimization.
• Design and maintain SuiteScript 2.x solutions (User Event, Client, RESTlet, etc).
• Manage end‑to‑end integrations with ecommerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, Walmart).
• Design scalable order flows, subsidiary mapping, currency and tax handling.
• Configure workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards, roles, and forms.
• Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Operations teams.
• Manage partners and vendors to ensure project success.
• Govern change management, documentation, access controls, and releases.
• Troubleshoot complex system issues involving data quality and training.

We are looking for an experienced NetSuite Techno-Functional Lead to drive the development, integration, and optimization of a global ERP ecosystem for a rapidly growing consumer products and manufacturing business.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for a professional with strong expertise in NetSuite administration, SuiteScript 2.x development, NetSuite OneWorld, and high-volume B2C e-commerce integrations.

The ideal candidate will combine technical development skills with functional ERP knowledge to build scalable solutions, streamline business processes, and support complex global operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead NetSuite implementation transitions, system stabilization, ongoing support, release management, UAT, and post-go-live optimization.
• Design, develop, and maintain SuiteScript 2.x solutions, including User Event, Client, Scheduled, Map/Reduce, RESTlet, and Suitelet scripts.
• Manage end-to-end integrations between NetSuite OneWorld and e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, and Walmart Marketplace.
• Design scalable omnichannel order flows, including subsidiary mapping, intercompany transactions, currency management, and tax handling.
• Configure and maintain workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards, roles, permissions, and forms.
• Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Procurement, and Operations teams to improve business processes.
• Manage implementation partners, consultants, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
• Establish governance for change management, documentation, access controls, release management, and system enhancements.
• Troubleshoot complex system issues involving technical defects, business processes, data quality, and user training.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in NetSuite administration, ERP consulting, business systems, or enterprise applications.
• Strong hands-on experience supporting NetSuite in a live production environment.
• Advanced proficiency in SuiteScript 2.x development.
• Proven experience integrating NetSuite with Amazon, Shopify, Walmart Marketplace, or similar B2C e-commerce platforms.
• Extensive experience with NetSuite OneWorld, including:
  • Multi-subsidiary environments
  • Intercompany transactions
  • Consolidated financial reporting
  • Multi-currency management
  • Tax configuration and management
• Strong understanding of purchasing, inventory management, warehouse operations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, receiving, reporting, and financial controls.
• Experience leading UAT, release management, technical documentation, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in California and collaborate onsite with technical and business stakeholders.
