Job summary

Advantage Technical seeks a Mid-Sr. Designer for Global Navigation and Search within the UE Core portfolio. The role blends high-fidelity visual design with strategic UX problem-solving and ensures cohesion across primary user journeys.

You will transition between navigation and search workstreams, collaborating with surface leads, and contribute reusable patterns to the design system while adapting to evolving priorities and contexts.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of digital product design experience across enterprise or large-scale digital ecosystems.
• Experience in fast-changing, embedded agency/consulting contexts with evolving priorities.
• Direct contribution to component-based design systems and shared pattern libraries.
• Strong written and verbal English communication for executives and engineers.
• Comfort with ambiguity and rapid prioritization shifts.
• Ability to absorb context and user requirements quickly.
• Proficiency with modern design tools and prototyping software.
• Experience collaborating within a design-system workflow.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end user experience and visual design for Global Navigation and Search.
• Move between navigation and search workstreams as priorities shift.
• Collaborate with surface design leads on complex UX and architecture.
• Maintain cross-surface visual consistency across navigation and search.
• Contribute UI patterns and documentation back into the design system.
• Ramp up quickly on research, context, and constraints.
