Trulioo, a global leader in digital identity verification, seeks a senior editorial leader to shape our narrative across PR, content, and thought leadership. This full-time, hybrid role emphasizes building a repeatable storytelling system that scales with AI tools and data insights.

You'll guide brand voice, manage an editorial team, and partner with executives to prep spokespeople, convey risk and trust, and accelerate awareness of Trulioo's lifecycle approach to identity.

Qualifications

• Build a compelling editorial voice across platforms.
• Translate fintech identity topics into clear stories.
• Prep executives for press and narrative moments.

Responsibilities

• Build the story and own it everywhere: PR, thought leadership, and an editorial cadence.
• Turn category language into repeatable messaging for CRO/CCO.
• Own the website as a narrative surface, not a features list.
• Turn data on fraud and identity risk into proprietary research and benchmark reports.
• Push the work beyond the page with video and multimedia narratives.
• Create brand voice systems: tone and messaging for AI tools.
• Establish a feedback loop between output and market impact, optimize for AI search results.
• Oversee agency partners; hire and guide a lean editorial team.
• Write and edit the work personally; AI supports but doesn’t replace humanity.
• Prepare executives for press and regulatory moments; stay ahead of laws.
