Job summary

Vertiv Group Corporation in Anderson, SC seeks an MV SWGR Product Manager to lead lifecycle strategy, pricing, and go-to-market efforts across the Americas. You will collaborate with regional teams to align R&D priorities, CPQ tooling, and services for growth in data center applications.

The role requires strong cross-functional leadership, customer interfacing at executive levels, and experience with PLM/NPDI.

Qualifications

Experience in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing Operations with cross-functional teams.
Strong Excel skills; Power BI and Smartsheet are advantageous.
Ability to interface with executive and technical customers.

Responsibilities

Own MV SWGR lifecycle management including hardware, CPQ software, and start-up services.
Coordinate with peers to drive innovation and delivery across regions and markets.
Enable global routes to market and leverage channel partner models.
Ensure supply bases and competitive pricing; perform make-vs-buy analyses.
Identify opportunities in AI, cloud, edge computing, and data center markets.
Develop CPQ tools, content, and data management for stakeholders.
Lead MV SWGR pricing with cost and finance teams; position as trusted adviser.
Drive technical input for new product development at product/system level.
Prototype and validate design improvements across lifecycle; consider circular economy and EHS.
Collaborate with Marketing Communications on literature and regional events.
Manage other Hyper-scale SWGR solutions; oversee brand labeling when needed.
Support SWGR Skid business growth in UL regions.
