Job summary

AIG invites talented students to join the Multinational Summer Internship in a fast-paced, global insurance environment. You will work on real projects across underwriting, claims, and operations, gaining hands-on experience and exposure to international markets.

Participating interns will Learn through masterclasses, mentoring circles, and networking events, with potential for a full-time Analyst path starting in 2028 in selected locations.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Ability to collaborate, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred majors include Risk Management & Insurance, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, International Business, or related field.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of multinational insurance programs for clients operating across multiple countries and regions.
• Collaborate with underwriting, claims, legal, operations, and other teams across AIG’s global network to deliver coordinated insurance solutions.
• Assist in reviewing client needs, program structures, coverage requirements, and local market considerations.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure programs are implemented accurately and efficiently across jurisdictions.
