Job summary

AIG's Multinational Summer Interns participate in a 9‑week program designed to immerse you in the day‑to‑day operations of a global insurer. You will work on dynamic projects with leaders across underwriting, claims, and legal, gaining hands‑on experience and broad exposure to cross‑border risk management.

Interns join one of our key teams, receive instructor‑led masterclasses, and build professional connections through mentoring circles and networking events.

Qualifications

• Education requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree to be received no later than June 2028 (unofficial transcript required).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional environments.
• Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of multinational insurance programs across countries and regions.
• Collaborate with underwriting, claims, legal, operations, and other teams across AIG’s global network to deliver coordinated solutions.
• Assist in reviewing client needs, program structures, coverage requirements, and local market considerations.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure programs are implemented accurately across jurisdictions.
