Responsibilities include creating a cohesive global MSL strategy, competency models, onboarding programs, and integrated launch training, while ensuring adherence to regulatory

Qualifications

Advanced degree in life sciences or equivalent.
10+ years in biotech/pharma Medical Affairs with 5+ years in Field Medical or MSL leadership.
Proven ability to develop global Field Medical strategies and learning programs.
Experience with global medical systems, digital enablement, data analytics, and compliance.

Responsibilities

Lead global MSL excellence strategy and set standards for scientific exchange and engagement.
Develop onboarding, capability development, and training programs for field medical teams.
Define KPIs, dashboards, and governance for field medical performance and insights.
Oversee global processes for field medical activities and collaborate on digital transformation.
