Qualifications

• 10+ years shaping architecture decisions on complex products.
• Experience leading through influence across global, cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision for translating customer requirements into vehicle electronics and precision architecture across CNH platforms.
• Anticipate future capabilities and ensure architecture readiness for automation and autonomy.
• Lead simplification of fragmented architectures to drive reuse, reduce cost, and improve quality.
• Set cost and margin targets and maintain them through development.
• Bridge Product Management, Precision, and vehicle platform teams to align priorities.
