Job summary

CNH Industrial is seeking a highly motivated Crop Protection Program Manager to lead the execution and delivery of next-generation Crop Protection products across our global portfolio. This role integrates Product Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to ensure value delivery, on-time performance, and alignment with customer requirements.

You will manage cross-functional programs from concept to commercialization, drive risk management, and ensure launch

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in product development, engineering, manufacturing, or agricultural equipment industries.
  • 3+ years leading complex projects or programs with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Crop Protection programs through CNH Global Product Development process from initiation through launch.
  • Own and maintain the overall program plan, integrating cross-functional inputs into a comprehensive execution strategy.
  • Drive achievement of program objectives related to quality, cost, timing, functionality, and customer value.
  • Coordinate and align Product Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Validation, Procurement, Commercial, and Customer Support teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Lead program reviews, readiness assessments, milestone tracking, and executive status reporting.
  • Drive timely decision-making and facilitate resolution of technical, commercial, and operational challenges.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks while developing recovery and contingency plans when required.
  • Partner with Product Verification & Validation teams to ensure products meet reliability, performance, and customer requirements.
  • Support business case development, investment planning, and portfolio reviews for future Crop Protection programs.
  • Ensure launch readiness across manufacturing, service, parts, training, and commercial organizations.
  • Manage multiple programs simultaneously while balancing priorities across portfolio commitments.

Job Purpose

CNH is seeking a highly motivated Crop Protection Program Manager to lead the execution and delivery of next-generation Crop Protection products and technologies across our global portfolio. This role is responsible for driving cross-functional product development programs from concept through commercialization while ensuring delivery against customer requirements and business commitments for performance, quality, timing, cost, and functionality. The role will serve as the primary integrator across Product Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Commercial, Quality, Validation, Finance, and Customer Support teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the execution of Crop Protection programs through the CNH Global Product Development (GPD) process from program initiation through launch.
  • Own and maintain the overall program plan, integrating cross-functional inputs into a comprehensive execution strategy.
  • Drive achievement of program objectives related to quality, cost, timing, functionality, and customer value.
  • Coordinate and align Product Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Validation, Procurement, Commercial, and Customer Support teams to ensure successful delivery.

Experience Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in product development, engineering, manufacturing, or agricultural equipment industries.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience leading complex projects or programs with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence decision-making across multiple functions and levels of the organization.
  • Experience with project planning, risk management, budget management, and executive reporting.
Pay Transparency

The annual salary for this role is USD $120,225.00 - $184,345.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

For roles open across multiple locations, the salary range indicated refers to the primary location. If a different location is considered, the applicable salary range will be communicated to candidates prior to the first interview.
